Overview

The Gosaikund Trek is one of Nepal’s most sacred and scenic high-altitude treks. Located in the Langtang National Park, the trek leads you through rhododendron forests, traditional Tamang villages, and up to the holy alpine lake of Gosaikund (4,380 m), surrounded by snow-capped peaks. This trek combines natural beauty, culture, and spirituality.

Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche (1,950 m)
  2. Day 2: Trek to Thulo Syabru (2,210 m)
  3. Day 3: Trek to Lauribina (3,920 m)
  4. Day 4: Trek to Gosaikund Lake (4,380 m)
  5. Day 5: Explore the lake and trek back to Dhunche
  6. Day 6: Drive back to Kathmandu
